Terms of Service

The agreement between you and AEO Autopilot. Last updated 7 July 2026.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of AEO Autopilot (the Service), operated by lukeduff.co.uk (Antigravity), Sunderland, United Kingdom (we, us, our). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

AEO Autopilot tracks how AI search engines cite your brand, generates answer-optimised content and structured data, and, where you choose, publishes that content to your website and re-checks your visibility score. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, at the price and interval shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial periods or unused scans.
  • Plan limits (such as brands, tracked prompts and monthly scans) apply as described at the time of purchase. We may change pricing on reasonable notice, effective from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • track brands or publish content you are not authorised to act for;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan; or
  • use the Service to generate misleading, deceptive or unlawful content.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the brands, prompts and other material you put into the Service, and of the content we generate for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and transmit that material in order to provide the Service, including sending prompts to the AI and data providers that power scans and content generation. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before you publish it and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your brand.

7. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms, including AI search providers and your own website or CMS. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions. When you connect a publishing integration, you authorise us to send content and use the credentials you provide on your behalf.

8. No guarantee of results

AI search engines are operated by third parties and change constantly. We help you compete for citations, but we do not and cannot guarantee any particular citation, ranking, traffic or business outcome. Generated content is produced with automated systems and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or to protect the Service, and will aim to limit disruption.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and conditions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Limitation of liability

Subject to the section above, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections intended to survive (including content licences already granted, disclaimers and liability limits) continue to apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
